Teaching Assistant Role in York Primary Schools

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in York primary schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of children in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Support the teacher in delivering high-quality education and promoting student progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are advantageous but not essential.
