Customer Services Administrator

As a Customer Services Administrator at Rubicon People Partnership, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to resolve customer order queries, picking, and stock issues.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle customer payments and manage allocated stock.
  • Run daily reports as required to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage customer queries and discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
