About the Role

Foresight Sports Europe, a leading provider of golf industry technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across northern England and southern Scotland, leveraging your expertise in golf technology and sales principles to build strong relationships with customers and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition in the golf industry.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, identifying and targeting potential customers, and creating compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, including golf professionals, facility managers, and decision-makers, providing excellent customer support and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the company's CRM system, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Golf Industry: Proven experience working within the golf industry, with a deep understanding of golf technology solutions and their unique selling points.
  • Sales Principles and Methods: Strong training or practical experience in sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques, with a proven track record of sales success and performance against targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with excellent listening skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office 365 applications and systems.
