About the Role

Foresight Sports Europe is a leading technology company in the golf industry, and we're seeking a talented Sales Manager to cover northern England and South Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including golf clubs, driving ranges, resorts, and sports facilities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Foresight Sports' golf technology solutions and their unique selling points, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products to position Foresight Sports as a market leader.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the golf industry, with a strong understanding of custom fitting/analysis, launch monitor technologies, and golf simulators.
  • Proven sales success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong training or practical experience in sales principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for sales events and exhibitions.
