About LIV Golf

The LIV Golf League is a global golf league featuring 13 teams and a 14-tournament schedule. It was launched in 2022 to expand the sport globally and create new value within the golfing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Support the VP, Workflow & Strategy with process and relationship management for event delivery projects.
  • Contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of events within the LIV Golf portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the events delivery team and event management companies to manage key event milestone documents and progress tracking software.
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks, and report to the VP, Workflow & Strategy for maximum transparency.
  • Manage the team to organize, store, and share files internally and externally.
  • Develop relationships with event management professionals to standardize processes.
  • Manage the event team travel calendar.
  • Work with the tournament admin and logistics team to maintain uniform and apparel inventory lists.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year golf tournament planning experience.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and support stakeholders.
