Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an unparalleled service experience to our customers, guiding them toward the right products, and helping them achieve their golfing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service
  • Execute our proven sales process to ensure every customer receives personalized attention and expert guidance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Performance
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a welcoming and engaging in-store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Team Collaboration
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and support each other in achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and product knowledge.
