Credit Risk Manager

As a vital member of our dynamic Credit Control team, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Credit Risk Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all invoices are settled in full and on time, adhering to our established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the ledger for a designated group of clients, proactively pursuing outstanding debts to guarantee timely payments.
  • Accurately allocate receipts to customer accounts on a daily basis.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with external clients associated with your ledger.
  • Ensure that data within the Company ERP system is meticulously updated and maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced credit control environment or customer service role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of credit control processes, including effective query management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, along with intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience managing multi-currency and multi-company ledgers is highly advantageous.
  • A Credit Management qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
