Are you an experienced Financial Management Specialist seeking a new opportunity?


Our client, Talk Staff Group Limited, is in search of a dedicated professional to join their vibrant team and lead the delivery of comprehensive financial management services to key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements for various divisions within the organization, ensuring thorough performance analysis and interpretation.
  • Communicate planned versus actual performance reports effectively to senior management.
  • Deliver timely and precise financial data, analysis, and insights to support strategic decision-making and inform budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Engage in financial modeling to anticipate future financial outcomes.
  • Offer expert financial advice and support to Project Managers.
  • Identify cost management strategies and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through a deep understanding of the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of financial reporting and management information.
  • Generate project and operational cash flow forecasts and assist with credit control processes related to significant projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy of control accounts, including Work in Progress (WIP), inventory, and purchase order accruals.
  • Take responsibility for reconciling project balance sheets, including WIP, cost accruals, and deferred income.
  • Support Business Partners with monthly reporting and group consolidations.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual audits.
  • Identify opportunities to refine financial processes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other finance team members, the Head of Finance, and reports to the Finance Director to achieve overall objectives.
  • Conduct ad hoc investigations and projects as requested by senior management.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manage large datasets
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Robust systems and technical capabilities


Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 based on experience, along with:
