Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead a team of field-based engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality service.
- Partner with clients to resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring their elevators and escalators are always operational.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of elevator and escalator maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers.
- Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft-based systems.
