Service Delivery Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their elevators and escalators are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a select group of clients across the London area to provide technical solutions to unit issues.
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of field-based engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
- Partner with key clients to provide solutions around breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attend client meetings to discuss service level agreements and ensure we are providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements:
- Experience in the lift industry or a similar sector, such as construction or facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers' needs and frustrations.
- Management experience, with the ability to delegate tasks and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Good IT knowledge, with the ability to work on and with a wide range of Microsoft-based systems.
