About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the London area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage a team of field-based engineers to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality service.
  • Partner with clients to provide technical solutions to unit issues and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings to discuss service level agreements and ensure we are meeting our commitments.

Requirements

  • Experience in the lift industry or a related field.
