Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Service Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our service delivery team, you'll be responsible for providing technical solutions to unit issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with key clients to provide technical solutions to unit issues
  • Coach, mentor, and manage a team of field-based engineers
  • Check in with engineers daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure PPE, tools, and vans are kept to a high standard
  • Provide solutions around breakdowns and work with engineers to deliver ideas around faults to ease customer frustrations
  • Attend client meetings to ensure we're providing top-level customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in the lift industry or similar sectors such as construction or facilities management
  • Great people person with the ability to relate to customer needs and frustrations
  • Management experience with the ability to delegate tasks and provide coaching and mentoring
  • Good IT knowledge with the ability to work on and with a wide range of Microsoft-based systems
