Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-rise developments, with a focus on facade management and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of sub-contractors and trades
  • Overseeing and documenting all ITPs, QA, and handover documentation for client approval
  • Good IT skills and ability to use Word and emails
  • Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
  • Ability to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid tickets
  • Ideal candidate will have a degree-qualified or technical background
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a larger team
  • A good appreciation for quality-driven processes
  • Previously worked on major volume residential developments
