Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a profound knowledge of wines, assisting guests in selecting the perfect pairings to enhance their meals and overall experience.
  • Possess or be working towards a recognized wine qualification, such as WSET Level 2 or its equivalent.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Wine Specialist, eager to absorb knowledge and support senior team members.
  • Take initiative in mentoring and sharing your wine expertise with junior staff members.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests and team members, contributing to a harmonious work environment.
  • Utilize your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for wine to uphold the highest standards of service.
