Regional Planning Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Regional Planning team.
Your primary duties will encompass:
- optimizing the utilization of operational personnel's time by developing schedules that minimize travel distance and fuel costs
- collaborating with operational teams across various sectors to mitigate overdue tasks
- initiating work requests for prioritization and scheduling routine maintenance
- delivering consistent updates to our clients to uphold our service commitments.
This position requires a commitment of 45 hours per week, though flexibility in working hours may be necessary due to the dynamic nature of the tasks. Our core scheduling team operates between 7am and 5pm, with opportunities for overtime available during out-of-hours coverage.
This role offers the flexibility to work from various locations within our region, while also requiring travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a collaborative team member with strong multitasking abilities and effective problem-solving skills.

- familiarity with our operational processes is advantageous
- a capacity to tackle challenges under pressure
- proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365, and Teams.
