Role Summary:

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our client's Project Management Team.

As a member of their Engagement Management Community, you will be instrumental in planning and executing technology-driven transformation projects.

Your collaboration with team members and clients will involve defining project scopes, crafting project schedules, identifying potential risks, and delivering thorough project data to ensure successful project execution.



Your Profile:

We seek a motivated and dedicated individual with a strong team-oriented mindset and a keen interest in technology.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in developing plans for intricate projects, overseeing project activities, leading planning discussions, and offering expertise in project planning utilizing Microsoft Project.

Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, project teams, and external partners are essential, along with experience in preparing and delivering project reports.



Skills and Experience:

  • Develop plans to support complex projects and programs throughout the sales, bidding, and delivery phases.
  • Monitor and manage activities on complex projects and programs during the delivery lifecycle.
  • Facilitate planning sessions effectively.
  • Design and identify suitable work breakdown structures.
  • Conduct scenario planning and critical path analysis.
  • Provide milestone reporting and inter-dependency tracking with impact analysis.
  • Encourage a standardized approach to planning through templates and best practices.
  • Generate necessary resource profiles from Microsoft Project to assist with resource onboarding and tracking.
  • Review existing plans against established standards and best practices.
  • Guide colleagues on planning methodologies and the use of Microsoft Project.
  • Support Engagement Managers in identifying risks.
  • Exhibit confidence and professionalism when interacting with clients, project teams, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate experience in preparing and presenting project reports for both internal and external audiences.
