Position Overview

Role: Sales and Project Coordinator

This is a full-time, office-based role focused on supporting the Sales Manager while collaborating closely with Quality and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with global key customer accounts.
  • Oversee the entire sales order process, from initial costing to the supply and delivery of products and services.
  • Deliver a professional after-sales service, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage high-value sales projects, responding to product quote requests and processing customer orders.
  • Work in conjunction with finance and materials supply teams to maintain accurate sales and project documentation.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, tenders, and pricing structures.
  • Experience in supply chain management and key account oversight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

While a degree or HND/HNC in Business or Technical subjects is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate commercial acumen and a commitment to quality standards.
