This is a full-time, office-based role focused on supporting the Sales Manager while collaborating closely with Quality and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with global key customer accounts.
- Oversee the entire sales order process, from initial costing to the supply and delivery of products and services.
- Deliver a professional after-sales service, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Manage high-value sales projects, responding to product quote requests and processing customer orders.
- Work in conjunction with finance and materials supply teams to maintain accurate sales and project documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid understanding of commercial contracts, tenders, and pricing structures.
- Experience in supply chain management and key account oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
While a degree or HND/HNC in Business or Technical subjects is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate commercial acumen and a commitment to quality standards.
