Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Regional Planning team.

Your primary duties will encompass:

  • optimizing the use of operational personnel's time by developing schedules that minimize travel distance and fuel costs
  • collaborating with operational teams across various sectors to mitigate overdue tasks
  • initiating work requests for prioritization and organizing scheduled maintenance
  • providing consistent updates to our clients to uphold our service commitments.

This position requires a commitment of 45 hours per week, though flexibility in working hours may be necessary due to the dynamic nature of the tasks. Our core scheduling team operates from 7am to 5pm, with additional out-of-hours support available, offering potential overtime opportunities.

The role can be performed from various locations within our region, with travel required as part of the job.
