Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Establish credible dialogue with decision-makers using various communication channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to Cyber security, DevOps, and AppSec.
- Create and nurture a pipeline of profitable opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge and expert business development skills.
- Craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that drive win-win outcomes for customers and RiverSafe Limited.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to maximize project value and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to qualify, progress, and win new business.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and compile reports for management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience selling IT services, preferably Cyber Security, is essential.
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience and quota achievement in IT services.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-starter with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research target audiences and personalise outreach.
- Experience in leveraging professional social platforms for customer engagement.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about evolving technology trends.
