We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Integro Partners. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strong relationships with our network of intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of professional intermediaries, including accountants, brokers, and corporate financiers.
- Conduct regular visits, telephone calls, and emails to maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and identify new business opportunities.
- Process new client opportunities and ensure that Integro Partners is the chosen provider wherever possible.
- Obtain comprehensive data for submission to the Directors, including detail on the prospect's field of activity, debtor portfolio, financial profile, management acumen, and inherent risk.
- Achieve minimum new client and fee revenue standards while ensuring that new business quality standards are maintained and budgets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Personal management skills of the highest order.
- Top new business performance required in line with personal target.
- Honest, challenging, motivational, and a team player.
- Sharing in successes and ideas, influential, committed, confident, flexible, organised, and decisive.
