We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to oversee a Positive Behaviour Support home for clients with challenging behaviour in the Oxford area.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position with a view to lead into a permanent role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing care homes and providing Positive Behaviour Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Lead a team of care staff
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification
- Experience in managing care homes
- Proven track record in providing Positive Behaviour Support
- Strong leadership and management skills
