Job Summary
Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Worker to join their team. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients within the Stroke Pathway. Main Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional patient care, working closely with the nursing team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, promoting independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using trust systems to document patient information and progress.
• Participate in handovers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Respond to emergencies, using your skills and knowledge to provide timely and effective support.

Requirements
• Education to GCSE level Grade C in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
• Care Certificate and/or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Ability to work 12.5 hour shift patterns and make own travelling arrangements.
• Previous experience in a nursing or care assistant role, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
