We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their daily needs and promoting independence in a reablement setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support patients with their daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and nutritional needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of reablement and patient-centered care.
  • Participate in the admission process, making patients feel welcome and supported.
Requirements
  • Education to GCSE level Grade 5 in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Care Certificate and or equivalent health care experience.
  • Some previous experience in a nursing or care assistant role.
  • Good organisational skills, basic IT and computer skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
