The Opportunity

The Operations Support Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service and will play a pivotal role in influencing the overall success of the operations teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact between us and the customer (both internal and external). Your role will involve providing quality customer service and discerning specific customer needs.

The responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of Millar & Bryce by identifying and taking ownership of opportunities for process improvement.Collaborating within teams to clarify facts, exchange information, or resolve inquiries and issues.Supporting broader teams to ensure that performance standards and business objectives are achieved.Building enduring professional relationships.Providing and conducting training.
