Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. As an Internal IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing essential IT support to our expanding operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support to internal staff, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, utilizing your expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and networking fundamentals.
  • Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware troubleshooting and repair, virtualization technologies, and software deployment and patch management.
  • Assist with the implementation and management of IT projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Monitor and ensure IT security and compliance, protecting our company's sensitive data and systems.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access to our IT resources.
  • Support office equipment, including printers and telephony systems, to ensure seamless communication and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or Technical Support Engineer in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
