As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering daily technical assistance across the organization, supporting a diverse range of users from executive levels to operational staff. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our IT systems and platforms.
The organization utilizes a comprehensive Microsoft Cloud-based O365 environment, incorporating various functionalities such as inTune and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for O365 users, addressing IT-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges.
- Set up and manage IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct maintenance and upgrades as necessary.
- Monitor system performance and maintain detailed logs.
- Offer mentorship to employees regarding IT best practices.
- Support network and security protocols as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid background in IT support or a related field.
- Experience in troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Proficiency in the complete O365 suite, including inTune.
- A proven track record in O365 administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Knowledge:
It would be advantageous to have an understanding of:
- Azure Fundamentals.
- Basic TCP/IP protocols.
- ITIL and/or CompTIA certifications.
