Job Title: Financial Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining robust and accurate financial administration processes, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Invoice Management: Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate allocation of funds.
  3. Debt Management: Identify and manage debtors, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing bad debt.
  4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Payroll Administration: Process and manage payroll, ensuring accurate payment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Clerical Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, maintaining well-organized filing systems and ensuring efficient communication.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial administration role, preferably in a healthcare or finance industry.
  2. Financial Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software, including accounting packages and spreadsheets.
  5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
