Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Care Solicitor to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for providing expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Unit and work independently as required;
- Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients;
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
- Market conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
- Provide training and support to junior members of the team;
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
- Hold a full driving license.
