About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adults Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and promoting good practice, ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of the people we support. You will work closely with the Service Manager to nurture and inspire our staff team, providing them with the necessary support and resources to deliver exceptional care and support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and promote good practice, ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of the people we support.
  • Support the Service Manager in developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our care and support services, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
