Financial Controller for Haas F1 Team

You might have seen us on Netflix or know that we're the only American-owned team on the Formula 1 grid, but we're also more than that. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective financial reporting and accounting processes
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other relevant financial regulations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting team, including supervising staff and providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and tax authorities
- ACCA/ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in a senior financial role
- Strong financial reporting and tax reporting background
- US GAAP knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and financial systems, including Microsoft D365 and Power BI
