We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Hft Banbury. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that all regulatory and legislative requirements are met. You will be responsible for leading and promoting good practice, ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of the people we support, and respecting their choice and autonomy.

You will also be responsible for supporting the development of staff teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care and support services. This will involve working closely with the Service Manager to identify training needs and develop training plans.
