Customer Service Coordinator

The Company

Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd is a housebuilding company with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Clifton on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns received by telephone or email, appointing contractors to deal with any snagging or defects that arise in our new homes. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Issuing instructions to subcontractors and following up to ensure prompt resolution
  • Updating our database to reflect customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the team

The Person:

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a building or facilities management environment, is desirable but not essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
