We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Issue instructions to sub-contractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
  • Follow up on outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure completion
  • Update our database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a building or facilities management environment
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a professional manner
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A calm and cheery personality, with a sense of humour
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently
  • A polite, tactful, and assertive attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Good team working skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues
