Job Purpose

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and coordination for our powder coatings business. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate order processing using our ERP system
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage invoicing and credit control procedures
  • Source products from internal suppliers
  • Nurture customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences
  • Coordinate customer reporting and maintain accurate client records

Requirements

  • Minimum of A-Level standard or equivalent education
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Able to think quickly and solve problems
