Customer Service Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our service team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate service schedules and follow-ups to ensure timely updates and support to customers
- Process invoices and credit control support to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Collaborate with the service manager to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in administrative software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Competitive salary: £26,000.00 - £28,000.00
- Permanent contract with 40 hours per week
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Life assurance: 4 x salary - death in service benefit
- Private health insurance, including optical and dental
