Customer Service Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our service team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate service schedules and follow-ups to ensure timely updates and support to customers
  • Process invoices and credit control support to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Collaborate with the service manager to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in administrative software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £26,000.00 - £28,000.00
  • Permanent contract with 40 hours per week
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
