About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and respond to customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Issue instructions to sub-contractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
  • Update databases and perform general administrative duties
Requirements
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a building or facilities management environment
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Calm and cheerful personality, with a sense of humour
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £28,000 (6-month contract)

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (45-minute lunch break and earlier finish on Fridays)
