Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Coordinate service schedules and follow-ups to ensure timely updates and support
- Act as a point of contact for customer issues and escalate problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the Service Manager in handling administrative tasks and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records of F-Gas licenses
- Complete export paperwork for parts and manage supplier evaluation forms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work safely and competently
- Self-motivated and organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and external parties
- Permanent contract with 40 hours per week
- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
