Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at the Norfolk and Waveney Urology Service. This is a 15-month fixed-term position based in our Norfolk Physiology Unit, working alongside the Continence Specialist Nursing Team within the Urology Department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Urology Continence Service and coordinate outpatient bookings
  • Provide reception cover in the Norfolk Physiology Unit when required
  • Be the first point of contact for all appointment bookings and liaise with clinicians as necessary
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of patient information onto the Patient Administration System (PAS)
  • Meet and greet patients on arrival, answer telephone enquiries, and create, amend, and outcoming appointments
  • Perform a range of administrative duties using Trust systems to record and maintain patient records
