About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist to join our team at the Norfolk and Waveney Urology Service. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our clinicians and patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Urology Continence Service and coordinate outpatient bookings
  • Meet and greet patients, answer telephone enquiries, and create, amend, and outcoming appointments
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of patient information onto the Patient Administration System (PAS)
  • Support the coordination of clinics and investigations, and maintain accurate records
  • Deal with patients and external and internal staff enquiries in a courteous and confidential manner
Requirements
  • Good general standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Experience in NHS or customer service organisation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT skills - accurate data input
  • Flexible - able to multi-task and prioritise
