IT Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Manager to join our team at Tower Hamlets Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of our IT Service and shape the future direction of our IT function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving our risk-based IT Governance framework to optimize our IT risk and compliance practices in line with regulatory requirements and council needs. You will also play a key role in supporting the Head of IT Service Management to engage with senior IT leads and council stakeholders to determine and manage the Council's awareness and appetite for risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolving our risk-based IT Governance framework to optimize IT risk and compliance practices
  • Supporting the Head of IT Service Management to engage with senior IT leads and council stakeholders
  • Determining and managing the Council's awareness and appetite for risk

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Governance and risk management
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and council needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
