Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement AI Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement frameworks for governing AI safely, fairly, and ethically.
  • Oversee Governance throughout the AI Development Lifecycle: Ensure that AI solutions comply with industry and government regulations, and that governance is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders across various sectors to ensure that AI solutions meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in AI regulation and governance, demonstrated by your roles in industry, government, or professional services.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive expertise in strategy, data/AI governance and AI/machine learning. Proficient understanding of AI, machine learning algorithms, data science concepts, and their applications in business.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic guidance on AI governance to senior leaders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, honed through interactions with government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to represent the company in discussions on AI governance and deliver training sessions, to upskill both internally employees and clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI governance, contributing to a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
