Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Strategic Governance Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic executor who can navigate complex environments, manage a dynamic backlog, and drive the successful delivery of major strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement best practice, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
  • Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within Enterprise, SaaS, B2B product management.
  • A deep understanding of risk, regulations, and SDLC within enterprise environments, particularly within banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
