**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior HR Advisor to support our line managers in their employee relations, take ownership of the recruitment process, and drive retention and succession planning initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UK Employment Law and be able to provide practical support to our management team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Employee Relations**: Provide HR advice and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK Employment Law.
  • **Recruitment**: Take ownership of the recruitment process, including planning talent attraction strategies, assessing new talent, and implementing effective recruitment policies.
  • **Retention and Succession Planning**: Develop and implement strategies to drive retention and succession planning, ensuring the business has a strong pipeline of talent.
  • **HR Policies**: Update HR policies in line with company and statutory changes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • **System Ownership**: Take ownership of our HR systems, including the Time & Attendance, HRIS, and LMS, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with GDPR.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: Ideally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, engineering, automotive, construction, or similar sector.
  • **Skills**: Excellent IT skills, with the ability to suggest improvements to systems, including Time & Attendance, HR data reporting, and MS Office Packages.
