About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Pertemps Leicester. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with delivering excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Quotations and Orders: Raise quotations, issue, and follow up on sales orders, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, invoicing, or product availability.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and maintaining key data for the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office support role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
