Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Support:

Assist the team in meeting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing guidance and support as needed.

Client Relations:

Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Compliance:

Work within regulatory frameworks and company procedures, adhering to contract certainty requirements.

System Management:

Efficiently use our proprietary system for managing client records, activities, documentation, communication, and scheduling.

Sales Administration:

Deliver high-standard administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.

Quotation and Accounts:

Operate third-party quotation and administration/accounts portals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Renewals and Alterations:

Provide timely support for client renewals, new business, and mid-term alterations, including system debiting.

Workload Management:

Plan and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly workloads effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.

Account Coordination:

Work with our accounts team to resolve commission/debiting queries and ensure timely income debiting.

Meeting Coordination:

Generate monthly renewal lists, collate meeting minutes, and keep insurer contact information up to date.

Personal Development:

Meet continuing professional development (CPD) requirements through our in-house training program and regularly update our performance management system in relation to objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent telephone, meet and greet skills, including all-round verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to display effectively a full range of relationship skills in respect of all visitors and staff
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
