Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bagnalls Group of Companies. This is a 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday role that we are pleased to offer on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the management and sales teams, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining accurate documents, including staff training records, vehicle fleet information, and new starter information.
  • Manage office inventory, including stationery, PPE, uniform, and kitchen supplies.
  • Contribute to financial administration, including contacting debtors, checking credit card reports, and working closely with the finance team on various financial procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
