Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Bagnalls Group of Companies as an Administrative Support Specialist.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to provide administrative support to our management and sales teams, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the management and sales teams, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Greet visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with creating and maintaining accurate documents, including staff training records and new starter information.
- Manage office inventory, including stationery, PPE, uniform, and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with financial administration, including contacting debtors and working closely with the finance team.
About You:
We are looking for a confident individual with excellent IT and literacy skills, as well as strong communication abilities both verbal and written. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with customer inquiries and be able to handle complaints in a professional manner.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong communication abilities both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
