About the Role

  • Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to track sales interactions and customer data
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide support in closing deals
  • Attend trade shows and site visits to clients across the East Midlands to build relationships and promote our services

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in using CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated, with a passion for sales support and customer service

Working Arrangements

This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm, with a 25-hour working week. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office and will be required to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands.
