Job Overview:

Growth Investments is seeking a dedicated Investment Broker to join our dynamic team. This position involves engaging with clients to identify and secure investment opportunities across various sectors including technology and equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Engage with incoming leads regarding investment opportunities.
  • Support junior brokers in closing leads.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new sales prospects and client requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries, deliver product insights, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in closing sales, ideally within the investment domain.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and fostering revenue growth.
  • Proficient in closing transactions via telephone communication.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Compensation Package:
  • Attractive base salary with commission potential up to 7%.
  • Travel expenses covered.
