Exciting Opportunity as Investment Sales Consultant

Are you prepared to embark on a fulfilling journey to enhance your expertise in the realm of investment sales? We are in search of a proactive individual to become a part of our Investment Pursuit sales team. In this position, you will be tasked with managing the complete proposal development process, from Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to presentation coaching, specifically for Aon's UK investment division.

Our team works closely with various departments to ensure that we showcase the best of Aon to our clients. We seek someone who is enthusiastic about transforming Aon's knowledge into clear and impactful client-oriented messaging.

About the Role
  • Acquire insights into diverse sales channels within the investment sector
  • Collaborate with senior members of the investment, retirement, and commercial teams
  • Develop proficiency in specialized functions such as delegated operations and risk settlement
  • Enhance your persuasive writing abilities and contribute to the client-centric sales process
  • Offer mentorship to junior team members

Our Investment Pursuit Consultants actively engage in the sales process, gaining practical experience in crafting proposals and presentation materials. This role provides exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to lead future initiatives with assurance.

We are looking for an individual who can manage investment sales projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver compelling content based on data analysis.

Skills for Success
  • IMC or CFA qualification preferred
  • Coordinate with various teams within the investment department to gather information
  • Prepare executive summaries and tailored responses for bids
  • Assist in preparing due diligence questionnaires and client pitches
  • Provide feedback and support during pitch rehearsals
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects to drive sales success
